It's a Mk6 Hilux - what's not to like? A guy I know has got the 3 litre intercooled version having had a series of Isuzus. He loves it.

3.0 vigo is a fine tool, loads more power than a surf and better mpg
dunno if it's just me but when i drove my uncle's it felt mohoooosive!

I rate the vigo but prefer the enclosed surf bodyshell. Just make sure that you get the more powerful 3 litre engine. If I remember rightly, the early vigo only had about 120bhp - a bit gutless.

Also, just my opinion but the standard wheels look too small for teh arches but bigger tyres would sort that

Yes mine is 3ltr Turbo Diesel auto it has 22" Bling alloys. will keep 4runner for green lanes.

Yep it's really nice but has two faults both the heater & radio are absolute pants. Need to address the heater first as the so called hot air is luke warm at best.
