3rd gen spare wheel removal

How on earth do you remove the spare on an underslung model?

I have no handbook and am a bit puzzled, anything to do with the hole in the rear bumper?

if its like the 2nd gens then you'll need the jack handle under the rear seats to go thru the bumper into the mech to release the spare wheel,it may also of siezed up a bit so may pay to give a good spray of wd40 or something
