Decals?

What's the view on the large surf decals to put on the sides of the vehicle? I'm in two minds about them, They're only £15 delilvered but do I really need them?

CRAP! unless they are supplied by our ol' mate Apache, in which case I'm sure they would be V.Cool.

never liked them myself, they look austentatious [sp?] to me. kinda says 'ive got an SUV and I prefer the look to the function' - although I dont offroad yet, the BEST decals are the muddy brown ones splattered up yer truck from a nice dirty lane......

I have both the big "surf" ones down each flank & smaller "TRD" ones behind the rear arches (don't ask for piccies as digi camera buggered at the mo).

You should get a custom job done by Apache - won't be much more than £15 (depends on size, colour and complexity) but at least it will be unique and not all kacky like the full size SURF!!

OK, so where can I see samples of apaches work? I'm not sure that I want any but if something really catches my eye I might go for it.

I don't think they're crap but I'm not overly keen either, I might just put the £15 towards a new stereo.

ah just the man,after researchin for feck knows how many hours,soon there will be a few things im going to need......firstly some custom graphics/airbrushing seems to be acheived using stickers,that u then take off afterwards,so i may need some off you,also any ideas where i can get stencil sheets from?..........and how would you feel about making some templates up on that kind of stuff?

WOW, they grabbed me, I love the gold eagle, I wouldn't mind something in the way of an angler, carp fishing is my escape, it's where I go to chill out & relax & the surf is all mine now her indoors has bought herself a car.

Im not a sticker fan at all, although at the same time Im not so "anti" sticker that Id bother with all the caramel wheel rigmarole. I think legendgames says that they are maybe a bit ostentatious, but what about sticking TRD on a tractor? thats not only ostentatious, its pretentious too.D
