slight knock

think my crank is on its way out
i have a slight knocking sound
i have never heard one going on a surf
do they all sound the same
diesel engines i mean when the crank is going?

this knock has turned into a few sounds now
think i may have to lay it to reast for a few years again iam not selling it or getting rid of it
i will save it and put a few new things on it over a few years like
new engine
gear box (not auto)
front diff
big lift
i will just keep it have a project untill done
i need a 4x4 in the mean time but what?

mm i read the 3ltr was the knz 130 engine i think so thats what made me go for one of them

AFAIK, the Prado is the import version of the Colorado, which is a third gen with a different body on it.
