I've just sent that info to a work rival (I mean colleague) who thinks any non-British 4x4 is crap. His Disco is a year younger than my Surf and leaves oil patches wherever he parks it. He bought it early this year and has spent over a grand on,"keeping it going type maintainence."
When he saw my truck for the first time last week he couldnt believe it was nearly 12 years old. He thought I had recently had the engine steam cleaned. The only under bonnet cleaning I have done was a quick blast round with a pressure washer last November.
