what to do?
i have been thinking all week about the amout of loot i spend on mi surf
and still it dont work right
now the guy who fixes mi surf save records of what he has done
i throw them away or i see it add up
well my mate who fixes mi surf says for what i have spent i could have got 3 new surf
so iam guessing it must be a lot of loot by now
so the main reason i love my surf is the reg plate
its not my name its the surf's name
can i take the reg off my surf and keep it has my own?
reason iam asking is this
it was on the surf has a privert reg
it was the guy who owned it at the time but it on there just to
look good on his car sales pitch in bradford
my mate lent the surf for a few weeks
i fell in love with the surf has soon has i seen it
i had been looking for something like that for weeks
i was going to pay £11.995 for one 5 years ago just before i got this one
my surf was up for the same price has the surf i was looking at and it was better too
my mate told me it was not his but would see if he could get me a deal onit
it got it down to 5 grand so i paid for it there and then
6 weeks later i still had no log book
cant go see my mate he was not around till 2013
so i phone the DVLA and sorted it out myself
the reg plate was owned by the car lot owner it was his name
now i had it put onto the surf it now belongs to the surf not me
it should have been taken off before i got it and put back has a K plate
so can i take that reg off this surf and put it on some other car?
or dont DVLA do that?
