I had internet problems over the weekend and was forced to ring Virgin Media.
So, after 30 minutes or so, fed up of waiting, I went web crawling to try and find a direct line for them.
Lo and behold, SayNoTo0870 appeared....
What a cool website! I found an internal number for Virgin Media staff to use, dialled it, entered the PIN that's listed on SayNoTo0870, and bingo! Two rings and the phone was answered!
