Don't mention it - my mum brought up the placenta for the first 18 months, as it was better looking than me!!!

Sounds rather too familiar to me ......

I average about 5 hrs a night, can be as little as 3 or as much as 7 - anything more than 7 is a rarity.

I put it down to driving a desk rather than doing anything physical, if I have a really short night I can get a bit drowsy if I'm using the motorway but I put that down to boredom resulting from driving economically - if it's really bad I just nail the throttle !

Life is too important to take seriously !

typically my day starts at 6'30 alarm,

go with my Wife to see to horses,

work at 8 which is quite physical and only small percentage spent at desk.

                    home collect dog,
back to field and a selection of fencing driving tractor digging holes

                    home at 7 for tea.

like I say no drink or smoke,
no TV in bedroom, bed around 10

window ajar, but neither hot nor cold house,

its just the last few weeks i've noticed this change in sleeping pattern

                    strange

I was just complaining to Laura this morning that I'm only managing 8.5 to 9 hours sleep these days. Guess I'd better think myself lucky after reading how little sleep some of you guys get!

(Oh and by the way, while on holiday in Spain recently, I slept from 2am until 4pm the next day! Now that's what I call a good sleep! )
