2.4 thermostat

what tools do i need to change the stat? is it easy enough?
i bought a new one, its huge.

ill test the old one, when i remove it, as long as me mum dont find out!

10 or 12mm socket I think - did mine in 15 mins.....are you sure you've got the right one? mine wasn't too big..

im comparing it to a 1.6 fiesta's which is the last time i changed a stat... this one is massive. a good 2" or so in diameter.

i have a 10mm ratchet spanner (im buying as i need them) so i should be good if thats all i need

do you need to bleed the system again afterwards, im guessing you doo :/

you will lose hardly any coolant at all on a 2.4 so no need to bleed the system just top it up if needed
