    first knockback

    Well got my first knockback after going to 2 interviews which lasted over 3 hrs and quizzed by 7 people.......Reason being
    They said you came across well in the interview and your
    skills seemed quite good but they were looking for someone with more
    evidence of OEE and route cause analysis
    What has OOE and RCA got to do with replacing a worn out bearing ??

            The team can f**k itself as far as im concerned.

            Did some work sunday in my uncles old shop. (not the truck helping one... another one) an he isn't one for BS!

            I go into the staff room to check some bits an theres a poster "Remember girls... If you ask someone "do you need any help" an they say "just browsing!" Always go back an ask later!! It could be the best sale of the day!!"

            Im sorry but you silly fake posh slag.... SORT 'UR SELF OUT!!!

            It takes two minutes to say to a staff member "keep yourself useful"
            If there sh!t at the job they can go to hell!

            A guitar store that i used to visit (now closed) used to staff anyone with long hair... I went up the guy an said "Is it cool if a play etc etc etc" an hes like "yeah dude, of course man! thats rad dude"

            Then came back about 10 minutes later an asked what guitar was the one i asked for.... You have a shop, its not that massive. You have say 15-20max different brand guitars! YOU LEARN THEM!!!

            I did some work for Garmin a while back! Evening stuff, good money. Load of polish turned up! We were just temps. Then we were told we would be having a "team building excercise"

            I didn't turn up!! WTF - were only there for a week!
