i broke my 4wd selector on my auto box

i would show ya a pic but toyota have it

i went into toyota weeks ago to order one
and they have no idea what they are even after i layed under the truck and pionted it out.
he told me " you will need to take it off mate so i can read the part number"

so i have it taken off the guy thats working on my surf told me he took it to toyota and asked them to order one .
they told him they cant coz they dont know what it is ?
now iam trying to be carm about this but i have been at this for about 7 weeks now plus all the weeks to get the loot to fix her in the first place.
so with out this part i have no 4wd i have a fishing comp to go to saturday
    were 4wd will be needed.
and sunday iam out off roading with the guy that fixes my surf
he says it will be done if toyota get there fingers out with that 1 last part.

so can any one help i need apart number for a 4wd selector
its sits on the top of the gear box rifht at the very back there are 2 in all
first one (or front ) is for the kick down the last one (second one) is the 4wd selector or so i have read

coz toyota for the first time in five years of dealing with them have let me down or they are winding me up
am not die lex sick its you that cant read mate

Do you mean the 2 things that look like big nuts/bolts, with wires comming out of them, on the passenger side of the T/Case near the top or the shifter soloniod right at the back of the gearbox?

From Rotherham? Methinks carriage would be cheaper.
