I used to do that on my first rest day, just go through until the next night. Now I just go for the sleep route, after 6 hours I feel right as rain, just need some entuhsiasium to get on with the house, garden, car, etc.Gone from 4x4 to 1x2Comment

yeah first rest day normally catch about 4 hours to recharge the batteries but had things to do first thingSay not always what you know, but always know what you say.
