            Eh............mine.

Weird one though, under the brake servo, reservoir setup there are 2 brakepipes that go downwards with turns set into them like coils, to take up play between chassis and body, one of these was vibrating against the lower inner wing and a little hole appeared. It was duly crimped and as it was nearly 5pm I just headed home, with care.

The one I thought had sprung a leak when we (you) did your body lift? Maybe it wasn't water after all? And it will explain your loss of brake fluid...

My drop in fluid was due to excessive pad wear, my bad, shoulda checked levels.
Pads now done, braided hoses done and new pipe on tomorrow.

I was up at 7am took every electrical lead off her, cleaned a sprayed each one as it was running like a bag of spanners.
My ears were near bleeding and the wee lad couldn’t hear my conversation on the way there.
Once there, mole grips and some arm power from our Alan required to select low range, as the selector had snapped low down in the tranny tunnel on the side of the box.

But and it’s a big but

Once we hit the mud (and not the tree the wee lad hit in a very steep tight climb out a river in the heart of the forest.)
It tore through all that was thrown at it. Everyone who drove it had a smile on there face.
To top it off it sounded fecin amazing it ran all day burnt loads of fuel and made me smile. And how many 13yr olds get to floor a V8 and tear up huge hillsides.

A surf it’s not but, I wanted something fun, functional and something that if the wee lad did hit a tree. Well who cares, we have a week or two to fix it before we go back.

In short mate it was a laugh
