rear wheel carrier loose

the wheel carrier on my 3rd gen is a bit loose.
i cant see how to get to the lock nut inside the body if there is one.
the nut/bolt on the outside of the body is just turning.

any ideas

take the trim off in the boot - then you can get to the nuts on the inside..
