Well I finally got round to it....albeit on straight-forward easy ground. Took it off tarmac (stepping up to the big stuff slowly after getting the underside protected first). Just getting used to the different selections for ratios and so on.

It was very simple ground.[Not very difficult at all..thats to come as I am in the process of getting bits as I am thinkin of goin on the meet at Haslingden on the Lancashire moors section of the forum]...fellow Surfer Damian will know what I mean....Basically it was at a local place called Leverhulme Park. Mainly used for the Silver Birch Horse show....sometimes it gets slippery if raining but it did allow me to test that the 4WD and Low Gears were working.

Will be when I get to some of the meets.Nearly came to the Easter bash but at start of Horse season (first show and all)

I see it now: Easter next year, horse will be hoppin the fence into nextdoor farm coz Gaz hasnt fed him for weeks since he got into offroading.

Very funny JimL.......3 horses (2 arabs and a cob)...They belong to my 2 young nieces ..but I said I will help out (feels like theyre in my pockets all the time as well as the rest of the family)...That was my excuse anyway, so I could go Surfin in this world!!!
