how far would you go with regards to stripping/masking the underside. Spray on schultz or paint on stuff..??

used schultz on my 2nd gen sprayed it on
dont spray your exhaust , didn't mask up anything
you can be quite careful even with a spray gun

ps jet blasted the day before mind you it was a boiling hot summer

I'm planning to do it before winter hits (whaddya mean it already has?) I was gonna use black spray on Waxoyl. I'll probably black hammerite the chassis and axle first.

Roll your truck first, it's a lot easier to work on then

It may sound daft but i use "aqua mac" bituminous black paint, "FOR ROOFS"comes in 1 or 5 litre tins, you brush it on or use it in a spray gun. Did mine last year and it still looks like it was done this morning & my surf has been through some deep s**t in the past 12 months. brilliant stuff, does'nt crack,split or fade.
