well the truck went in for the steering re-call yesterday..
It was gonne be a done "while u wait..."

So I dropped the mudbrown-red-ish (Trev told me not to wash it.) truck in at 13:30 yesterday, had a look a the new Hilux, watched some tv and read a cr@p load of car magazines...

Then at half past 4 they came to tell me the truck was not gonna be done because in all the little ball joints from the steering were a little hard to take apart so they are gonna replace all that too...
FOR FREE...

Hehe so they put me in an 08 plate Yaris after all...
I ain't complaining....

Think I am gonna put that application in soon that Chillitt was on about...

So when I pick up the truck later she shud be driving like new.. can't wait..

Well ring Toyota on 01737 363633

Then tell them you have heard about this re-call and they take some details..
Then a few weeks later u will get a letter telling you if ur's is going in or not..

The just replaced nearly everything hehe
The truck is driving like new..

All the steering ball joints virtually every arm has been replaced hehe..
and a full wheel alignment..

So well worth it.

Get on that phone mate..

no excuse now my 33's are on and the new steering damper is fitted. I need new track rod ends and a balljoint, will they fit these for free?

They ****** some of mine up so replaced the lot lol guess I just got lucky..
