Ian is this any good ? its 3" then flares out to about 3 3/4" Stainless of course. I'll send it to you mate hope its ok. I got some other options but I thought this would look good.
I'll post it anyway I know you will put it to some use.

Aye! thanks Dave, that might do it, pity my welding aint up to much as that bit will need to look good as it'll be seen, but if i take my time clean up and polish etc it might just look ok, going to have to cut the side tube back a bit cos i got the departure angle a bit wrong and the exhaust hit it! could'nt be arsed removeing and altering so i cut it back with the anglegrinder and twisted off what i could'nt get at, hence the flat bit on top and the need for a decent looking tip if it does'nt work out tho mate dont worry too much as the tips pipe-werx do are about £14, thanks again mate,

Ian I will send first class this morn, if no good let me know bout the one from pipe werx I can get a lot cheaper than that I'm sure, any way have a look and see what you reckon. Like you say it doesent need to be fully welded on the end just a few tacks will do and a bit of polishing.
