there has to be an equal ammount of men to women so they are seen to be honoring equal rights..

so they are having 50% of gay men to straight men, and 50% of men to women

this means out of 100 employees, 25 will be batty, 50 will be women, and 25 will be normal men.

so i can deduce that there will be a 25% increase on bitch fights within the work place
