My younger daughter Kate, more sporty and out doorsie (you should see her riding her horse) than academic, has had her exam result

She has passed her Baccalaureate exam

I am over the bl00dy moon

This exam is equivalent to an 'A' at A level, and she is amongst the first in Wales to achieve it

She's already out celebrating, I'm just off out to buy her some champers.......

Also, Lind's daughter Hannah had two A's and a B at A level, meaning she has been accepted into Cardiff Uni - what a day!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a new qualification that is based on the Internaitional Bacc. which is taught all around the world.

The students have to study a range of topics including a language. If you pass it is equivalent to an A at A level.

It is being trialled in Wales before being rolled out across the UK.

Haha - yeah not too bad for a middle aged single parent lol - they give me very little hassle which is cool.
