Was browsing after looking to see how Vince's Celica was doing and came across this...

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOYOTA-CELICA-...6.c0.m14.l1318

My favorite Celica, the ST205 GT4. Loved them in the Castrol colours with Carlos behind the wheel. Stunning car. Once again, I wish I had nore space as this one looks very nice and low miles as well.

It doesn't have the GT4 spoiler and the wheels are horrible but it's a tidy car.
I like the white Carlos Sainz editions, hard to find a good one at a decent price though.

Its an import. They all seem to have that spoiler.

I always wanted a yellow first edition one with the black inserts in the sides of the spoiler.

The wheels are OK, but the original 3 spokes were nice if a little small for the arches. That seemed to go for the ST185 too.

Here's an original spoilered UK version

Had a N/A one and its the best handling car I've EVER driven, bar none! With that extra bit of power, it must be near perfect.

I'm after one of these as my next "project".

Ever since I saw the 2 episodes of "Wheeler Dealers" where he took a knackered up MR2 and made it sexy again!

Comes with a STi engine apparently after a joint venture between Subaru and Toyota.
Not sure I like it yet, maybe in a different colour? Hate those wheels though.

This one's a bit special though... supercharged. There's a company called Fensport who'll sell you a smaller pulley for your supercharger,... oh, and a 20v head...

ive driven quite a few gt fours in my old job, and every one of them has been SLOW as anything. you would expect a 2.0 turbo to be decent, but its complete CACK.
i even drove one with a front mount intercooler, it was better but still not quick tbh.

the older shape celica i drove had a standard intercooler (or should i say interwarmer) and was twice as fast if you drove it from cold.

imho - stay away :/ too much hastle with aspiration over their dodgy 4wd system, and not a performance car. sorry.

if you want something cheap and quick, get a scooby. i know almost every chav with a credit card has one, but at the end of the day if you choose the right one then you have a decent family motor, thats quick and cheap, especially if you get the wrx import. we thrashed an m5 with that, and it was stock turbo, intercooler, heads with different air filter and full 3" exhaust.
                            Oh Nana, what's my name?
