just check for anything you would look for on any motor.if the seller say the head has been changed then make sure there is paperwork to prove it has been done.
Never put the truck into 4wd on tarmac as you will get transmission wind up and you definately dont want that to happen.
Try the 4wd out on loose or slippery ground to make sure it works out ok.
make sure all electric windows work ok and any other electrics and that the truck drives alright
