  • Quick question on towing

I'm selling a Surf as a non-runner, is it ok to tow it a fairly short distance (about 15 miles) or will this knacker the transmission?

Need a quick answer if possible guys, got someone wants to pick it up.

    Many thanks,

    Bu5h.

Not sure if 15 miles is over the reccommended limit mate,

you can always remove the rear prop. That should be fine for any distance.

i think the recommendation is a max of 5 to 10 miles at no more than 30mph without removing the prop, remove the prop and your good to go as far as you like.
