At the risk of sounding a bit "glee clubbish" I didnt watch it , although I saw bits on the news. That kind of stuff doesnt rock me, and I also wont bother watching much if any, of the games. A bunch of druggies all trying to run faster, jump higher, chuck things further, just induces yawning.

Must admit i aggree Alex, i've never been "sports" orientated and while you have to admire the planning and execution of an event like this i have to wonder why? vast sums of money spent for little benifiet for the few and bugger all benifiet for most, saw on the news people being thrown out of their houses (forceably) so summat for the olympics can be built, chinese authorities have one of the worst human rights records in the world and it seems everyone else is ignoreing that for the sake of "the olympics"

big turn off for me the olympics, and we'll be subjected to constant news about it from now on,
