dash removal

can anyone tell me how to remove yhe lower part of the dash board as i am going to fit a double din dvd/cd/radio&screen

dat site was a help but if i remember correctly he forgot to mention that you remove the 5 screws holding the glove box in place and take it out too, rightly ****ed me off trying to refit everything when TonyN said the glove box had to go too
