Newbie dumb questions...

Hi, my first post
Looking to buy a Surf, for mud'n'vegetable oil based fun, and just want to make sure I'm right with what I want... so a few questions if I may.
I've read a heck of a lot on here over the past few days/weeks, very useful, but..here goes..
Are the recaros standard on all SSR-Gs?
Is the sunroof a 'moonroof' ie hooj?
Is cruise just available on the SSR-G or also on the -X?
Did the phase 3 appear about 1996?
The 3.0 appears to be the one to go for - had a play in a 2.4 which seemed pokey enough, but seemed prone to rear wheel lock-up on braking - are they all like that or did my testdrive example need new front brakes
And finally, if I have a really dodgy haricut, and I put a Surf on top of a tower block that's being demolished, will it still start afterwards?

Sorry!! Kids now in bed, tea now cooked (and eaten), dishes washed, etc etc. Muchos gracias for the reply - wasn't sure about the brakes, but that's what comes of trying a dealers 1500-quidder before summat decent.
I've kind of been thru this spec thing before with a Mitsubishi import - in the UK all the jap cars come fully loaded with everything, only choice you get is the colour - seems like in the Japan domestic market they get to choose any combination of any spec they want.
Right then, I need to check specific specs before I travel.

Er, 'young' doesn't describe me too well. And no brothers (that my mum told me about anyway).
Not 43 yet, but close.
Did try registering as something else, but using a mail.com address, which seemed to upset the Surf registration process a bit
What do you whack the bushes with?
And that engine in your avatar doesn't look standard surf either, unless Autotrader's been hiding something from me?
