Swapping a new Sony CDX-GT424U stereo 
The cage for the original Panda Stereo was secured by a 5mm Allen bolt at the back, which meant his key could only be used by turning the short end.
The poor soul couldn't break the seal, so he wandered back into the shop and got his socket set only to find he has 4 & 6mm but no 5
I let him suffer for 5 minutes then suggested the obvious
I sent him to get a ring spanner, and showed him how to get the extra leverage with it.
So Squirrile now has a fancy radio with a USB port and only had one problem -
demo mode however 5 mins with the manual and job done
