You should be protected under the "distance selling regulations". Not sure if your local consumer council can advise more of this aspect. Also do a search on http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/

thanks all,
i have written a real good letter using bits from the outher letters that people have sent and got refunds.
i haver concled my card but the bank says that the company might be able to have the money still as i autharised the transaction.
give us a few days and i will hopfully have some news.
