First time I saw it, I was quite disappointed by how small it is compared to the size you expect it to be.

Funny, Vicki's said that once or twice too...

            What a brilliant idea .....

The tunnel's scrapped, a bypass isn't even considered and now they propose removing one of the few alternatives to sitting in miles of traffic .......

Incompetent, short sighted morons really pi$$ me off !

Life is too important to take seriously !

Presumably its because 'something' is causing erosion to / damaging / threatening to damage the stones?

Maybe they should take a look at the Welsh mountains. Same material, been there millions of years despite the human race's best efforts to erode / damage / threaten to damage them.

This is crock of $hite, the only reason they want to close the road and the byway is cos you can get quite close and see the stones without forking out ££'s to these clowns for the privalige to go and look at OUR heritage.

Pull the visitors center down, get rid of the fences and THEN the place will look like it should.

Not good. I go to Shrewton and Devizes twice a day so that means farting about by driving thru Larkhill camp from now on. Great!
