  • New tyres - hooray

Got my new BFG 31-10.5 Mud Terrains fitted, what a difference to the looks, now just got to try them out in the ruff stuff.

I'll post some pictures tomorrow when I've charged the camera up.

Oh and nearly forgot, thanks Nigel for finding the place.

    Cheers

They're a bot noisier than the Bridgestones I had before but nothing major, stick like S**t to an army blanket, can't quite believe it but they are actually better on road than the mainly road (90%) Dueller H/Ts I had before.

Plus the important thing, they really look good too.

            Cheers

Pennies over £400 could have got them a bot cheaper but would have had to wait and my old tyres were only just legal.

Most places want over £120 each for BFGs.

                Cheers

Thanks, yes I much prefer the looks.

The house is nice too, but the mortgage is horrible. Plus there is absolutely no storage space in the house except one understairs cupboard, where you are supposed to put everything these days I don't know.

How's the motor doing now, any nearer to completion.

                        Cheers

I just thought i'd chuck the bit in about the house while everyone else was ooooohin and aaaahing about your motor.

No news yet.... waiting to hear what else might want doing. I don't know what else there is... or how so much damage could have been done. I keep wondering if there were symptoms we missed but can't think of anything not looking right before it went horribly wrong...drove alright before.....
