ok been messing around trying to change my avatar, an easy process I thought. Problem is I can't the blooming thing to animate, the cat is supposed to wave the puppets around. How do you do this?

Non intercooled nothing. -
The avatar restrictions are size related. The file may be too big to animate so it's just shown as a 'still'. Try shrinking it using a program that can handle animated gifs, something like 'Fireworks 8'.'Tis better to sting than to be stung!Comment

Avatar restrictions - Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 24.4 KB (whichever is smaller).
Your gif is 140 x 156 pixels and 196KB, it also contains 59 frames! Unfortunately, if you reduced it to fit, it would end up so small it would be difficult to see it.Last edited by Scorpion; 26 June 2008, 18:35.'Tis better to sting than to be stung!Comment
