I guess not many UK importers buy them... I certainly wouldn't want one!!!

Yeah, the chap that imported mine said that he avoids the white ones as they are hard to move on,

When I was in the motor trade many years ago! We would avoid white cars/trux unless they were stinking cheap! Actually some didn't look that bad in my opinion but the consensus was, the public at large didn't go for them in favour of brighter colours!???

Have to agree, but my Sierra Cosworth did look the "mutz nutz" in white

I reckon the Cozzy (original Sierra of course, not the tarted up front wheel drive Escort) is the only car I've ever considered looked good in white, still prefer it in black tho...

No, mine was the rear wheel drive variety, and much fun was had pushing it's 350bhp through those two wheels Mind you, the fuel consumption was about the same as the Surf !!

RS500, I wish!! Too much money and would be too afraid to leave it anywhere My mate parked his in the town one Saturday and some low life kick hell out of the tail gate in front of all the shoppers then legged it!

Of course this won't happen with the Surf, it growls at the scum when they get too close
