If its not he needs to try and get the seller to pass on the purchasers details on to him and he could get the old shocks etc off whoever wants to lower theirs.

Lowering a Surf, seems like sacrilege to me but each to their own.

Lowering kits are a bit.... not for me! At least on a truck
