you guys think just reading about it on the net is bad... try living here and selling the "alco pops"... all that has happened is the binge drinkers have gone onto wine and bottled spirits instead of the premix stuff....

I should know, I did it last weekend... DOH!!!

normally would only have a 6 pack at most per night when camping... well the premix is too pricey now, so i got a bottle of scotch instead... guess what - I drank the whole damn thing in one go... but im no binge drinker... LOL!!

The only reason alchohol is legal, is coz of the amount of tax the government take from it, if it were introduced as new, there's no way it would be legal. as it's the mos detructive drug on the planet, and take that from someone who's taken most of 'em at one time or another, and believe me, alchohol is up there with the A class stuff, the only reason it's leagal is because the government collect huge taxes from it, regardless of the effect it has on the health of the people.

tis true if alcoholic drinks were invented today, they'd be class A drugs. What makes me laugh are the new "calm your drinking limts" adverts, followed by in the same commercial break adverts from supermarkets offering special deals on beer in huge quantities.
