board problem

This board logs me out every time I close the browser window.
I also cannot send any PMs as it asks me to log in after I click send (even though I already am) and then when I log in again it just tells me that I'm not.

I don't have this problem on any other Vbulletin boards

Have a look in the bottom right of the screen next time it happens. There will be a globe with a cross or line through it. Click on this and view the error report. click on the error and mark the site as trusted.

Also check in your internet settings that cookies are enabled.

Certainly have cookies enabled. Have now added this site to trusted zone and we'll see what happens

Didn't get added the first time for some reason.
