  • Whats that paint called?

    That you can spray over polished alloy etc so the metal shine shows through?
    sort of coloured laquer, tried frosts and searching etc but i aint sure what the proper name is, i need a aerosol can of red for a wheel center (spider)
    like the middle of this wheel, frosts do a anodiseing kit but i'm buggered if i'm paying 80-100 quid to do one wheel center,

        Thats right Matt but i think theres a special name for it, i've googled allsorts of veriations, and nowt, only place i know that does it is a model shops, in the small humbroll tins, i'd need fifty of em, at a £1 a nob, (sod that,) just thought it might be available in the standard size areoslo cans, if i have no joy i'll just spray the thing cellulose red, it's only for me spare wheel, so they sort of march the others

            I'd just try and find any standard acrylic lacquer and pop that on Ian. First Ebay link I found, but I'd just check a local B&Q or such. I think they stock it.
