I am not well . I got a throat infection off my wife and it is driving me mad . I sleep for about 3 hours a night . But I am not tired though .
It did not help breathing in all those welding fumes at Jottos . I set fire to the roof lining and got a couple of mouth fulls of thick black smoke .

Night worker here, Unfortunately fell asleep for about an hour last night about 8pm, then went to bed about 10.30 and thats enough to boost my resources, body clock tells me I should be awake and working, so here I am 4 hours later wide awake on a Saturday morning, loads of things to do, but can't bang about the house.SSSSHHHHHH!!!!Comment
