Need Help

Is there anyone who lives near me who can come and have a look/drive of my truck always sounds like there is a hole in the exhaust It has had new gaskets and exhaust fitted. It has been back to the garage 3 times now. I think it is time to find someone who knows what they are doing?
Sick of buying parts that I am told need replacing and still having the same problems.
