You know this is not a Surfing site in terms of water based surfing???Too old to care, young enough to remember -
It's from a Belgian surfing site's competition.
It's in the UK somewhere (hence everything being in english.....) and probably the southwest, where they like a bit of white paint on their walls.
I guess a surfing forum may be more useful though
