Don't know about that kit, the visor monitor looks OK, I'm not getting any pictures of the camera he uses.
Reversing cameras on the whole are pretty useful, I have one on my truck and have recently fitted one on my sisters. Also I have installed cameras on the back of our trailer and her caravan.

This is the set up I used to have (which is now fitted in my sisters truck). The slid out screen was a bit of a pain after a while (hence it's in my sisters truck).
I now have something very similar to this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/626-7-TFT-LCD-...d=p3286.c0.m14
Which does the job very well, put the truck in reverse and the screen automatically comes on and shows whats behind, very useful when backing into a very tight space.
Thinking about it a sunvisor monitor is probably a good idea due to the position of the screen. The thing to remember is it isn't a replacement for looking, it's just an aid to cover blind spots.
After about 6 months of having a camera installed i suddenly realised how bad my reversing had become, i'm slowly getting it back since driving the new truck which i haven't fitted a camera to. There was a camera in that box of bits yesterday, didn't know you was looking for one.
I didn't think about a camera till only this morning, but thank you.
I was going to fix the new wing mirror and have a go at the fuel filter but with the rain and being a bit crappy i surfed the web instead.
I can sort out a camera from work its more the screen and if there any good or not as i see most people saying there good may look in to getting one, if i do i know what i will be doing at the start of the up coming tech day
