Intercooler.

Hey every one, im looking to fit a front mounted intercooler to my hilux and also getting rid of the fuel filter and primer assebly and fitting an heavy duty filter and an in line fuel pump as a first morning thing as im finding the fuel in reunning back to the tank.

Most fit top mount. The 2.4 is fairly straight forward.

I dont know of a design fault with the primer and dont know of anyone who has to prime their fuel system every day.

Maybe yours is just knackered. Personally, unless you have a need for a heavy duty filter and inline primer, I'd just either take a look at the one you've got (not that complex) or buy another from eBay for buttons.
