i have a problem with my truck as soon as i try to go faster the engine check light comes on and goes in to limp mode so the max is 30mph the water in the fuel filter light has been on a few days do you reckon changing the fuel filter might cure the problem any help would be great

drain the fuel filter by the tap ay the bottom of it and see how that goes Shaun and if it don't then go for another filter.
If there's still water getting into the fuel it will be a case of checking everything thoroughly and maybe draining the tank

Water will kill the fuel pump. Drain or change the filter NOW!

i will change the filter today and put some injector cleaner throught it and keep my fingers crossed.

changed the fuel filter seems to have cured the problem
