Well New head has been sorted, Thanks for the heads up guys.
Got to swap the cams/valves/springs etc over to the new one, (yay looking forward to that 1)

Im hoping ive got the right shims at the work shop though,
Then its MOT time, and fingers crossed on the road.
So far ive spent
£450 buying the truck,
£135 new rad
£33 head kit
£29 head gasket
£20 head bolts
£16 timing belt
and the new head, so i should be under my £1k budget on the road so pretty good.

Well i wouldnt be much of a mechanic if i didnt, lol
I work on Vending machines now (better money easier work) but went through college (city and guilds + NVQ) and was on the spanners for 7 years previous, lol,
Instead i know get a nice comapny car/laptop, and get paid a considerable amount more than i ever did on working in a garage.
