Yes so sad,
was watching eariler races this year just before martin finnegan was killed and robert was sayin how he was going to race 250 this year,
first time since his big crash.
Both he and his sons were doing so well in the races,
But road racing is so dangerous!! so many good racers getting killed.
our thoughts are with the familys

I didn't even know Finnegan was killed till I looked up the sad news today. Hell of a price to pay.
I live on the course for the NW 200 and every year our town is shut for the races . Robert lived just 15 miles away and would do anything to help anybody . The day before he died he was visiting 2 terminally ill kids in the local hospice because they were too ill to come to race day . Im english and only moved here about 8 months ago but the dunlops were and still are a legend in this part of the world 5000 bikes lined the route for the funeral today and he was buried beside Joey
