It's not as scary as you think, been playing with MIG set for a couple of months now. Still looks like pigeon poo, but practice is making perfect.

the trouble is your mig set hasnt got enough amps to do anything heavy.its only got a 20 minute duty cycle too.

yeah it's a bit wimpy, but working well on think stuff. Fabbed up winch bumper at work with heavy duty set.
