Had a mate who was just like that, could get upto 40 miles a hour through town, up untill the point when he ran into a bus side on, the news paper article said that a man suffered head injuries and is in hospital but the bus driver was ok.!!!

me and a friend was coming back from dorking one day, and there was a motorbike-ist in front of us. now any of you thats been to dorking know the roads are 40mph minimum, and usually (/) or 50mph...

the person on the bike in front kept getting off the bike at 50, turning round and sitting on it backwards, and doing things like standing in the seat etc.

EVERY time he did this, a police car drove passed him. AND DIDNT EVEN NOTICE!!
