Have you checked your truck on the Toyota steering recall?? They do the camber, caster and tracking for you, for nowt (see Matt, I can speak Yorkshire too)...Too old to care, young enough to remember

Seems to cost between £30 and £65. There's a place that does commercials and modded 4x4s in Tewksbury (not that far from here) and they will come out and do a full front end alignment for you at your place of work. Thats probably what I'm gonna do.Cutting steps in the roof of the world
