            wish i could work on sites where theres loads of red diesel where ........hang on.......but red diesel is poor quality,would have to add redex......hang on,,,,,,

                  No matter what colour you dye 'red diesel' it will still be 'red diesel'! the chemical markers will still be there and you will be in even more bother than if you just used it 'red'.

                    tis not the same as regular.it comes from a little lower out of the cracker,and is not quite as good as regular(was on a refinery process before the poo process)

                    the red dye is added after clarification,charlie is right there is an amount of chemical marker that shows what the original fuel is/was,mostly though the grade marker will give the game away
