    One of those days

    Ever had one of those days??

    Today it went like this.

    Took Gerblets car for it's MOT first thing today, was told that it would be there for a few hours so we got the bus back to Plymouth. On the way back the bus broke down.

    Went to start the truck to pick my son up from school to find batteries nearly flat (even though fine this morn when I used it to take daughter to school). Managed to get started but by the time I got back home even the indicators wouldn't work. Looks like alternator stuffed. .

    Took the bike for it's MOT after all the above - it failed on rear wheel bearings

    Finished the day off by having argument with ex wife about CSA payments for my daughter who has moved in with me while my son stays with her.

    Now sitting watching road wars while having several large whiskey's

                Update

                So far today seem's ok

                Get the bike back tommorow and truck back Monday.

                Thanks to supersurf who was going to supply another alternator .

                Luckily for me and my bank it's a fault with the wiring instead

                  sounds like you have been having fun. I have just had to replace my starter!! luckily for me and my bank balance my dads came to the rescue. Managed to remove the knackered started and fit the new one in about 30 mins!!! thank god for body and suspension lifts! tryed to start it and battery is fubar! so off to get another one tomorrow, well pa is .

                  also after sitting on my dads bike i have realised my front shocks on my bike are also kaput! AGAIN luckily for me daddy has a spare set of those too every cloud has a silver lining, at least it has if my old man is about.


                  ps he is my dad and is not for hirer or any other loan
                  it never rain it pours! glad I got the 4X4
