Help..................

Can some one help me with a problem, as some of you might know the yeti and i lift share, well he always has to check his pockets to see if has got everything. Well today he left his phone at work and i had to turn round so he could get it.
So does anyone know where i can get a check list from so that i can do a check before we leave. Needed on the check list are;
Phone
work keys
home keys
locked the door
sun glasses
money
work cards
wallet
cutlery
work clothes
I think that is all, but may remember some other things later............

Knock one up in word or excel and print it off.

Don't forget pet aardvark, yak juice, comb, shoes and powder to deal with various wee beasties - that should cover his requirements
